Returns 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items or gift cards. You can always contact us with return questions at info@magichourcandles.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted, but must first have to be approved. Please email us at info@magichourcandles.com with your order information and what you'd like to exchange. You are responsible for shipping items to be exchanged back to us and paying for shipping new items to you.
